<p>Autumn is here and we are ready to share so many wonderful news with you all!</p>
<p>First of all we finish the reconstruction of an amazing beautiful new location only 3 minutes from San Gimignano.<br />
This is call Agriturismo Paterno where we have a Villa to rent and amazing outdoor and indoor spaces!We will share the new web site with you soon!</p>
<p>At the end of this summer , after the huge success of the pilot episode &#8220;Farm to Table Tuscany&#8221;, we filmed new episodes!</p>
<p>I&#8217;m going to share now with you some locations I will visit with my usual Autumn tour!</p>
<p>I’m very excited also to announce that I will be a Guest Chef for the fifth time at the Epcot International Food &amp; Wine Festival at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida!!!</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We just finish the grapes harvest and we are very happy and proud of the vintage we are going to make! it’s time now for another harvest , the olive harvest for the production of our excellent organic extra virgin olive oil!<br />
This year for the first time in our history we made our first Spumante sparkling wine! This wine is done with the Classic method ( also call Champenoise method in France to make the champagne). It is done with 50% of Vernaccia grapes and 50% of Chardonnay grapes.<br />
The name is &#8221; Fattoria Poggio Alloro, Spumante Brut, Metodo Classico, Vintage 2013&#8243; This spumante is simply incredible and we are all crazy for it!<br />
At the beginning of this summer we had two different Australian TV shows filiming at the farm to capture the beautiful life of a real organic Tuscan farm and winery.The name of the shows are : Silvia&#8217;s Italian Table on ABC1 with the amazing, beautiful and talented Silvia Colloca and the other show is Adam&#8217;s Pasta Pilgrimage with the funny and super nice chef Adam Swanson!! In both shows you can see the farm, me and my family!<br />
We are also part of a new project call &#8220;Farm to Table Tuscany with Sarah Fioroni &#8220;, this is a pilot Tv project for the US.I will keep you informed!<br />
At the beginning of November I will be in Germany for a couple of days for the wine promotion than&#8230;..I’m very happy to announce that I will be a guest chef for the second time at the Epcot International Food &#038; Wine Festival at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.<br />
On Friday, November the 11th, 2016 from 9.15 a.m. to 10.45 a.m I will be doing a cooking show call &#8220;What&#8217;s Cooking With&#8230;.&#8221; at the Festival Welcome Center, Chef’s Showcase, followed by my wine bottle and Book Signing. Here we didn&#8217;t have such a cold winter, it was warmer than usual but everything is good as normal. We just presented to the european journalists, sommeliers and public our new Vernaccia vintage 2015, it was a great success!</p>
<p>I will be visiting soon the US again and then Dusseldorf, Germany and finally Verona, Italy for two very important wine expos.</p>

<p>The dinner is from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.  There are still a few seats remaining but Svetlana says you better hurry.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Just like every year, we are now completely immersed in the new harvest. This year we have had beautiful weather so far, a great combination of sun and rain, so the grapes are healthy and juicy.<br />
It seems that it’s going to be an amazing year for wine and our future is full of exciting things!<br />
A new wine cellar, new barrels, new wines and many other things.</p>
<p>This fall I will be ready for a new tour and the next adventure for the promotion of our wines, farm, recipes and my cook book “<em>A Family Farm in Tuscany</em>”.<br />
I am very happy to let you know that last year my book, “<em>A Family Farm in Tuscany</em>” won the gold medal at the Living Now Book awards and this May it won two Silver Medals at the Benjamin Franklin awards in New York City.</p>
<p>Here is my tour schedule for November 2013:</p>
<p>I will be in Los Angeles briefly for a meeting with my new wine importer for California.<br />
We are very happy to announce that our wine will be available for sale in California by the end of November.  </p>
