NEWS AUTUMN 2016

We just finish the grapes harvest and we are very happy and proud of the vintage we are going to make! it’s time now for another harvest , the olive harvest for the production of our excellent organic extra virgin olive oil! This year for the first time in our history we made our first Spumante sparkling wine! This wine is done with the Classic method ( also call Champenoise method in France to make the champagne). It is done with 50% of Vernaccia grapes and 50% of Chardonnay grapes.…

Wine promotion and cooking class tour

Dear Friends, Colleagues and Wine Lovers, Here we didn't have such a cold winter, it was warmer than usual but everything is good as normal. We just presented to the european journalists, sommeliers and public our new Vernaccia vintage 2015, it was a great success! I will be visiting soon the US again and then Dusseldorf, Germany and finally Verona, Italy for two very important wine expos.
