Here it comes, another AUTUMN TOUR!!!!
I will be from November the 5th to the 7th in Hong Kong for the International Wine and Spirit Fair.
Than I will be in Germany fro a private wine fair with our wine importer in Stuttgart.
I’m very excited to announce that I will be a guest chef at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
On Friday, November 13, 2015 it will be my pleasure to be at What’s Cookin’ With… from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Festival Welcome Center, Chef’s Showcase, followed by my Book Signing from 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.
The next day on Saturday, November 14, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m I will be doing a cooking demonstration at the Festival Welcome Center, Chef’s Showcase, followed by my Book Signing from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
You will also have one more chance to see me on the last day of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival for another culinary demo on Monday, November 16, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the Festival Welcome Center, Chef’s Showcase, followed by my Book Signing from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

After this exciting experience in Orlando it will be the time for the beautiful city of Chicago, Illinois.

Winemaker Dinner on the evening of Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Rolling Green Country Club in Arlington Heights, IL private event open to members only (http://www.clubcorp.com/Clubs/Rolling-Green-Country-Club). After Chicago it is time for another adventure in Maine, NH and MASS!

I’ll be there from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. to sign books and offer tastings of Poggio Alloro wines.
Then Sunday, November the 22nd, 2015 there will be a very special dinner at Paciarino in Portland http://www.paciarino.com Enrico and Fabiana are planning a great dinner matched to several of our wines. The seating is limited so make reservations soon.
On Monday, November the 23rd Svetlana Yanushkevich, owner of Wine Not Boutique in Nashua NH https://winenotboutique.com has arranged a dinner at the Merrimack Valley Golf Club in Methuen MA. http://www.merrimackvalleygolfclub.com.
The dinner is from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. There are still a few seats remaining but Svetlana says you better hurry.
In the afternoon before the dinner, from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m, I’ll be at Svetlana’s other shop, the Wine Steward in Hampstead NH. http://thewinestewardnh.com
You can taste the wines we will be serving at the dinner and I’ll have books to sign.
Tuesday, November the 24th it’s back to Maine for a pasta making class arranged by Tim O’Brien at Enoteca Athena in Brunswick. http://www.enotecaathena.com
Check with Tim for details, but the class will begin in the afternoon. Later that evening there’s a separate event, Tim is preparing a grand family style dinner at the restaurant. A great way to end my stay in Maine.
